The Pizza
What style is it?
Small, individual-sized pizzas (6-slices) cooked in a brick oven.
How’s the crust?
The menu seems to do everything BUT claim the dough is made from scratch, so it’s probably not made from scratch.
They are aiming for thin and crispy, and it is indeed thin, but the crispiness was short-lived. I did a carry-out order though, so it’s tough for any pizza to last a long time with crispy crust if the toppings are watery or greasy at all — will update when I try a pizza in-person!
How’s the sauce?
Nothing in particular stands out, so I’ll say that they put just the right amount of sauce on.
How’s the cheese?
The pizza I had in particular featured Romano cheese — I didn’t notice anything outstanding.
How are the toppings ?
The toppings were fresh and plenteous, but it doesn’t take too much to cover their size pizzas.
Overall Eating Experience
All things considered, I’m pleased with the overall experience. So far this review just includes my curbside pickup + drive home experience, but I’ll update if I return in the future.
Quality of Ingredients
The pizza as a whole had good flavor (see specific pizza info below)!
Taste
Very much enjoyed it, thank you! The crust was good too, and I ate the “extra” crust.
Post-Meal Regrets — when dinner bites back
I ended up with a little bit of deadly gas after this one — perhaps because of the high levels of seasoning.
Thoughts from a lactose-intolerant
My wife hasn’t tried their pizza yet, so no info to report here.
Specific pizzas we’ve tried
Carnevale Pizza
This one was pretty spicy! I am guessing it was mostly the sausage, but it seemed like there was some zip in the seasoning as well. The flavor was good, but I’m not in a rush to order it again.
Side Note: I am a wimp when it comes to spicy food, so if you are a big fan of spicy things, you most likely will NOT think this pizza is spicy.
The PIC Verdict:
3 — No strong feeling – may visit again (and order pizza) if it’s convenient
Usually I get other entrees from Carrabba’s, but I wanted to test this out for you so you would know what to expect. You’re welcome, my friend.
The In-Person Experience — what to expect
So far I have nothing to report here, as we haven’t dined in since starting this website, but usually I enjoy my experience with our family at Carrabba’s.
The Website
Menu Access
The menu is pretty accessible on the website, but they break things down into tiny categories so it can be tedious to hunt stuff down.
Ease of Ordering
Best to Call, Order Online, or Order in Person?
Highly recommend going the dine-in route and ordering in person!
Thankfully they nailed our curbside pickup order this time, but based on our past experiences it was a bit of a surprise.
Website Usability
Mobile
Desktop
It works like you want it to.
BONUS ITEMS:
Appetizers
We had the tomato burrata this time — good one to share with my wife! We always enjoy it and we’ve stuck with it for quite a while!
Non-Pizza Entrees We’ve Tried
Desserts
In-house
Cheesecake — not bad for coming out of the refrigerator / freezer.

The Cold Pizza Test
Passed the test! I think I might have liked it a bit more when it was cold, actually.
