The Pizza
What style of pizza is it?
Brixx offers pizzas sized perfectly for an individual to enjoy. They offer a mix of the classics and also some unique options! My wife is a big fan of their Mexican pizza in particular, which has a black-bean spread instead of pizza sauce.
How do they cook their pizza?
Brixx pizza is cooked in a wood-fired brick oven.
How’s the crust?
Their thin crust is solid where you need it to be (under the pizza) and crispy around the edges.
How’s the sauce?
They consistently give you a generous amount of sauce, and also offer some substitutes like olive oil, a sriracha base, thai peanut satay sauce, and the aforementioned black bean spread.
How’s the cheese?
They offer some excellent cheese blends to give your pizza that extra pop! Example: The gorgonzola on their Bronx Bomber gives it a nice zing.
If you’d like to watch them make their Mozarella from scratch, they even have a video linked on their website.
How are the toppings ?
Toppings are reliably high quality and fresh! We’ve never had any issues.

Appetizers
We have tried the wings, and usually they are enjoyable! However, we did get one carryout order that seemed like they didn’t really put any sauce on the wings. I wouldn’t quite say they’re hit-or-miss, but I’m hesitant to order their wings again after that experience.
